Hspa1b, a member of the Heat Shock Protein Family A, is a heat shock protein that plays crucial roles in regulating cellular responses. It is involved in various cellular functions such as protein folding, assembly, and degradation, and is associated with pathways like the MAPK signaling pathway [3]. Heat shock proteins are generally important for cells to cope with stress conditions. Genetic models can be valuable for studying Hspa1b to understand its functions in normal and disease states.
